Mr. Carter has
extensive experience in all
phases of civil litigation from case intake, discovery, trial, post
judgment, and appellate process. He
has extensive experience
handling
industrial accidents, alcohol related motor vehicle
injuries, on the job injuries, tractor trailer
collisions, premises liability claims, and
negligence and wantonness claims for clients
throughout the Southeast United States either for those injured on the
job or through the carelessness of others.

Mr. Carter is admitted to
practice before Alabama Supreme Court, Middle and
Northern Districts of Alabama in the U.S. District
Federal Courts, as well as pro hac vice int the U.S.
District Court for the Northern District of the
State of Georgia. Additionally, he is admitted to practice before
the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Carter
is active in
the Alabama and American Trial Lawyers Associations.
Serving on the Alabama Trial Lawyers Assoc. of Board
of Governors for the year of 2005-2006.
