The Firm was established in 2006 by Mr. Carter in an effort to better serve his clients on a more focused and personal level.  The Firm is located just south of Birmingham, Alabama.  Mr. Carter is active in the Alabama Association of Justice, formerly the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association serving on its Board of Governors in 2006.  He is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Birmingham Bar Association. 

Mr. Carter was born in Germany in 1971 as a dependant of a United States Army officer.  Mr. Carter is married with two children and he and his family reside near Birmingham, Alabama.  He has been continuously practicing law since graduation from the prestigious Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1998.  He is a member of several professional associations, and looks forward to serving your legal needs.
